Major/Essential Functions
The Digital Strategies Program Coordinator (DSPC) supports the Digital Project Manager by performing administrative duties related to the planning, directing and coordination of the TTUHSC website. The DSPC also works closely with the Marketing Program Manager to execute projects in collaboration with the Marketing team, Digital Strategy team, Communications and Marketing team and fulfill website project requests.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

The Digital Strategies Program Coordinator (DSPC) supports the Digital Project Manager by performing administrative duties related to the planning, directing and coordination of the TTUHSC website. - Follow TTUS and TTUHSC, Operating, IT and Safety Policies, completing all training as required.
- Assists with digital and marketing projects and events as assigned.
- Provides administrative support for digital strategy and marketing team members.
- Serves as meeting scribe. Duties include, but are not limited to recording meeting notes, distributing minutes and entering updates in project management platforms including, but not limited to, Asana and Basecamp.
- Provides regular website updates using a Content Management System (CMS) and ensures accuracy of information and data across websites and pages.
- Effectively communicates status updates and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Develops and executes designs and content that align with and elevate the TTUHSC brand.
- Coordinates content gathering, editing and publishing between TTUHSC, the digital and marketing teams to ensure content is updated in a timely manner and published according to best practices.
- Leverages analytics to identify and implement experience and design best practices, inform ongoing web development and monitor website activity to achieve performance and marketing objectives. Prepares website and email data reports as requested.
- Communicates effectively on behalf of the Office of Communications and Marketing.

Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Two years experience in web development, analytical reporting, content management, and project management.
- Familiar with Asana and Basecamp.
