Job Description

BC Center for Corporate Citizenship seeks energetic, thoughtful, committed individual for Associate Director, Education, Advisory & Online Programs role.

Reporting to the Director, Executive Education & Advisory Products, responsibilities include:

Researching, writing and otherwise developing the content foundations needed to create new learning modules and programs and improve existing offerings. Managing the development of content modules assigned to others.

Working with the Executive Director, Director of Executive Education, Carroll School faculty and contract educators to develop, deliver, assess and improve learning programs, including place-based and e-learning programs.

Managing the curriculum framework and coordinate the course catalogue and corresponding texts to ensure that materials are well-organized and up to date.

Acting as lead or second instructor as required in online and occasionally place-based programs

Providing content and program management support to broader Center events

Supporting and independently
managing advisory services projects as assigned.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $85,800 to $107,250; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Teaching experience required, teaching adult learners preferred

4 years of professional experience and demonstrated competence with research and presentation styles and technologies

Exposure to learning programs and/or events and/or curriculum development projects for business, academic center or large non-profit organization a plus

Excellent curriculum development, teaching, library and primary source research skills; understanding of teaching/learning fundamentals

Good analytical, organizational, and rhetorical skills

Facility with PowerPoint, and other presentation platforms preferred (Articulate, Adobe, Canvas, etc.)

Excellent communication, time and project management and curriculum development skills

Business and/or revenue generation experience a plus

Occasional night, weekend, or evening work and business travel required
