Job Description

Effectively administer and manage the experiential education components of the PharmD curriculum, including oversight of scheduling and registration for Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE/APPE), management of the experiential education software and programs, and ensuring the accurate documentation of course grades.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of the Office of Experiential Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tasks associated with APPE/IPPE scheduling and registration (40%)
  • Management of experiential education software/programs and reporting (30%)
  • Documentation and management of experiential education course grades (10%)
  • Management of office purchases, budget, reconciliation (5%)
  • Management of preceptor and site evaluations (5%)
  • Other tasks as assigned (10%)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum six years combined education, training, and experience may be considered).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders including students, faculty, preceptors, and site administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
Additional Information

Salary will be between $48,000 - $52,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
