Project Success Programming Coordinator
Required Relevant Education & Experience:
Master's Degree (or earned within the first semester of employment) and experience developing and implementing student programming.

About Project Success: Project Success is a transformative four-year program at Indiana State University designed to equip students with the skills, experiences, and support they need to thrive in college and beyond. We provide a wide range of services, including leadership development, career readiness, mentoring, and exclusive opportunities like internships, job shadowing, and scholarships.
Position Overview: As the Project Success Programming Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our programming efforts, ensuring that students receive the guidance, support, and opportunities they need to succeed. This full-time position requires a Master's degree and experience working with traditionally underserved students. You will develop and implement social belonging programming, coordinate mentoring initiatives, and collaborate closely with our team to deliver impactful presentations and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement innovative programs focused on social belonging, leadership development, and career readiness for Project Success students.
- Student Engagement: Work directly with students to assess their needs and provide tailored support, helping them navigate the challenges of college life and prepare for their future careers.
- Mentoring Coordination: Oversee the Social Ambassador program, connecting students with Ambassadors who will walk beside them to develop a sense of belonging on campus throughout their college journey.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and presentations that empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed academically and professionally.
- Collaboration: Partner with faculty, staff, and external organizations to enhance programming and provide students with unique opportunities for growth and development.
- Triage and Support: Serve on the Triage and Support team to reach out to struggling students and help them develop specific personal strategies to stay on track toward academic achievement.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Master's degree and experience developing and implementing student programming.

Job Summary:
Project Success is a four-year grant-funded retention program for students with a high school GPA below 3.25 and members of traditionally underserved populations. The signature programs of Project Success are our Bridge Week program for incoming first-year students and monthly programs focused on developing a sense of belonging on campus and in Project Success. This position will work with the director to plan, implement, and assess these programs. In addition, this position will work to support these students during their time at ISU.
