Job Description

The Employee Administration Coordinator, reporting to the Employee Administration Manager supports the processing of tickets in TeamDynamix and assists in the process of employee transactions. Additionally, this role provides support to all Employee Administration team members as well as the HR Service Center and contributes as a member of that team during peak periods

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in business, administration, HR or related field
  • Previous experience with HRIS such as Banner
