Hiring/Budgeted Salary or Hourly Range: The budgeted salary range that the university reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42,616 - $48,626 annually

Full Salary Range: The full salary range for the position is $42,616 - $50,000

Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the university.

We are seeking an Admissions Advisor to work remotely on a full-time 37.5-hour per week basis. 

Summary

As a member of Fielding Graduate University's centralized admission team, the Admissions Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the attainment of well-qualified students to meet enrollment targets. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing high level program information, admission advisement, and supporting their conversion from inquiry to enrollment. The Admissions Advisor also provides administrative support to the admissions team and cross-functional teams, including program directors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been obtained.

Experience:

  • Two years of related work experience. Experience in a higher education admission and/or recruitment environment is preferred.
  • One year's experience in CRM systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar databases.
  • One year's experience performing self-directed tasks once projects are assigned.
