Objective
Provide non-credit instruction in Mechatronics on site with industry partners.
Essential Duties
To deliver instruction related to industrial technologies such as robotics, automated systems, quality control, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, electrical systems, plant equipment, and other industrial technologies.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
At least three years' work experience in plant maintenance, industrial maintenance, electrical mechanical technology, mechatronics, or other industrial technology related experience.
Preferred Experience and Training
At least three years' work experience in plant maintenance, industrial maintenance, electrical mechanical technology, mechatronics, or other industrial technology related experience.
Associate's degree in related field.
Teaching experience.
Experience incorporating technology into curriculum delivery.
Experience assessing student academic achievement.
Certifications in Manufacturing field.
Physical Requirements
Basic manufacturing environment requiring physical skills such as using classroom tools and walking throughout industry. PPE will be required.
