Position Details:
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President of University Advancement, the Assistant Director of the Sycamore Athletic Fund is charged with managing relationships and securing support from donors to the Department of Athletics. This position will support and coordinate fundraising efforts for the Department of Athletics and will report to the Assistant Director of Athletics/Director of the Sycamore Athletic Fund. This individual will manage a personal portfolio of 75 - 125 leadership gift-level prospects and will work in conjunction with the Director of Athletics on the priority fundraising needs for the Department of Athletics. This individual should have a development background with a progressive track record of successful fundraising. The ideal candidate cares deeply about garnering support for Sycamore athletics and the advancement profession.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2-4 years of work experience in non-profit fundraising, development or sales. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license.
