Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret travel data.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with travelers and vendors.
  • Knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate travel expense report processing and reimbursement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with travel management systems such as Emburse/Chrome River or Concur.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or academic institution, understanding the unique travel needs and requirements of these environments. Knowledge of data visualization tools to present travel data in a clear and understandable format.
  • Certification in travel management or related fields, such as Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC). 
Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website.
