Job Description


PEAK is looking for a front office coordinator for International Student Services. The position is 40 hours per week and expected to last until May 8th, 2024.


  • Manage the front office and student traffic.
  • Schedules various appointments for office personnel and ensures administrative details are completed.
  • Responsible for preparing correspondence. Reviews and responds to routine correspondence for the office personnel.
  • Tasking students' requests to advisor in LFF.
  • Ensuring front office coverage.
  • Supervising 3 - 5 student workers.
  • Performs related duties as assigned to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required Education: High School Diploma, AND:

  • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative support experience


  • Familiarity with working in a professional office setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Able to handle sensitive information discreetly and with professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical: Sit for prolonged periods of time. Use of a computer.
  • Environmental: Office Work Environment. Interacting with people on a daily basis.
