Position Description
Performs professional level work in conducting research or conducting college or university courses for undergraduate or graduate students.

Department: MOTM Mobile Ode

Major/Essential Functions
  • Provides the services of a faculty associate licensed professional counselor in TTUHSC's Family Medicine Mental Health Fellowship Program.
  • Provides and manages direct patient care including mental health evaluations, assessments, and treatment.
  • Directs and coordinates patient care activities of support staff as required; trains and supervises LPC-As and students as appropriate.
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and continuous quality improvement objectives.
  • As appropriate to the position, participates in specified health promotion, education, and/or prevention programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or hold an equivalent license with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor license or 5 years of experience as a licensed counselor.
