Evaluates, designs, coordinates and implements training and education programs specific to departmental specialty. Conducts integrated training needs assessments and monitors and reports the effectiveness of training.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Works within a team to organize and implement child and adolescent mental health educational activities with Independent School Districts (ISDs), communities, and providers across our region.
  • Educational activities are delivered in virtual, face-to-face, and hybrid environments. Conducts integrated training needs assessments and monitors and reports the effectiveness of training.
  • Delivers evidence-based Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) curriculum to junior high and high school students (training provided).
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three years related experience or a combination of education and experience to equal seven years.

Pay Statement
