- Prepare enrollment reports for submission to regulatory bodies and government agencies.
- Prepare enrollment reports for submission to National Student Clearinghouse.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to student enrollment and reporting.
- Stay informed about changes in reporting requirements and update processes accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of enrollment-related policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in enrollment reporting and data management.
- Perform monthly audit of enrollment data in the student information system
- Process edit reports for census verification purposes
- Process manual reconciliations through the National Student Clearinghouse
- Process SSCR reports through NSLDS
- Assist with graduation processes
- Assist with enrollment verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse
- Other duties as assigned
