Assistant Registrar for Enrollment Reporting

Position Description
Assists with management of the Office of the Registrar. May assist in the development, coordination and administration of the department.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Prepare enrollment reports for submission to regulatory bodies and government agencies.
  • Prepare enrollment reports for submission to National Student Clearinghouse.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to student enrollment and reporting.
  • Stay informed about changes in reporting requirements and update processes accordingly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of enrollment-related policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in enrollment reporting and data management.
  • Perform monthly audit of enrollment data in the student information system
  • Process edit reports for census verification purposes
  • Process manual reconciliations through the National Student Clearinghouse
  • Process SSCR reports through NSLDS
Occasional Duties
  • Assist with graduation processes 
  • Assist with enrollment verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required and four years administrative or management experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of National Student Clearinghouse and NSLDS systems. 
Knowledge of Banner
Previous job experience in higher education setting
Knowledge of Cognos and SQL

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website.

8 AM - 5 PM

Travel Required: Up to 25%
