Lecturer - Biology
The Biology Department at Farmingdale State College invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Biology. Lecturers teach 15 contact hours per semester and are required to hold 5 office hours. Additional responsibilities include advisement, departmental service, as well as curriculum review and development. Teaching responsibilities for this position includes a combination of lower division courses (e.g. majors' Introductory Biology I & II, Anatomy & Physiology I & II, non-majors' Biology, Bioethics), and depending on need may include upper division courses based on expertise. This is a 10-month UUP faculty position.
