Consider joining the College of Nursing Part-Time Clinical Faculty in Tucson, AZ to engage in innovative teaching/learning in our pre-licensure programs Master of Science Entry to Professional Nursing (MS-MEPN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing-Integrative Health Programs (BSN and BSN IH). From simulations to clinical practice, our focus is not only helping students achieve their degree, but also preparing them to pass NCLEX and become a successful Registered Nurse. Program faculty work collaboratively across disciplines to provide a transformative educational environment.
This position is a student facing role that will reside in Pima County at an assigned clinical site or College of Nursing.
The nationally renowned and highly ranked Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and Master's Entry to Professional Nursing (MEPN) are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and guide students in clinical theory and
practical courses related to assigned program. - Advise and mentor students across their academic program.
- Negotiate and grow cooperative relationships with practice leaders at
clinical experiential learning sites.
Work/Physical Environment Considerations:
- Occupational health and safety: Must satisfy clinical site compliance requirements (complete drug screening, CPR, Vaccination Requirements, and/or additional background check).
Minimum Qualifications
- Provide evidence/receipt of an active Arizona RN
license prior to first day of employment with the College of Nursing. - Master's Degree in Nursing AND two (2) years, post RN licensure, of nursing clinical practice experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain
a Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZDPS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience teaching in higher education.
- National certification in area of clinical practice.
