Position Highlights
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arizona, Tucson is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist to serve as Chief of the Division of Critical Care. In partnership with Banner University Medical Center, we are committed to improving the health of infants, children, and young adults by providing quality clinical services and participating in the education of medical students and residents. The successful applicant will bring a track record of unique subspecialty clinical expertise; leadership in clinical and educational enterprises; and experience in clinical research. It is anticipated that this position will be at the Professor (NTE) level.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage in clinical research.
- Teach medical students and residents.
- Provide Pediatric intensive clinical care in inpatient setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent clinical and procedure skills.
- Excellent clinical research skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- BC in Pediatrics.
- BC in Pediatric Intensive Care.
- Current Faculty member at the UA College of Medicine.
- Eligible for clinical privileges at B-UMCT.
