Job Description

Provide administrative and application support to Dining Services; main job duties include upkeep and organization of data for the maintenance of menu item pricing; including working with planning and operations & dining managers to ensure accuracy of data. Maintains the Micros/Grubhub and FoodPro interfaces in order to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering for the dining facilities. Maintains the M&M label admin console to ensure accurate and up to date information is displayed on all grab and go labels. Serves as support to the dining centers and assists with solving issues related to above mentioned duties. Trained in FoodPro maintenance and other areas as related to other job duties. Serves as the Administrative Support Specialist back up in FoodPro invoice entry, maintenance and administrative office support duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in database and spreadsheet management, program/software administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong word processing, spreadsheet, and database, skills with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail and organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with foodservice operations.
  • Previous experience working with FoodPro Menu Management Software or other menu management and/or point of sales systems.
  • Customer service experience including answering emails, phone calls and greeting guests as well as working within complex team structures.

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record.
