Position Highlights
The University of Arizona, College of Nursing is looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate with a customer service mindset to fill the position of Clinical Compliance Coordinator.This role plans and coordinates the development and implementation of web-based processes and networks that monitor student and faculty progress toward clinical compliance at all levels - from bachelor's to doctorate - to meet ABOR requirements. As the college expert in compliance software including, American DataBank-Complio, CastleBranch, Exxat, and myClinicalExchange, the Clinical Compliance Coordinator is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and enforcing student and faculty compliance with clinical site requirements, entering clinical compliance requirements into the web-based applications, implementing the College's policy approval process, and fielding all questions related to these activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and coordinates the onboarding of all student and faculty into Complio, CastleBranch, Exxat, and myClinicalExchange.
- Manage the American DataBank-Complio, CastleBranch and MyClinicalExchange web-based applications to ensure all students and faculty are compliant before clinical placements begin including data entry, weekly reporting, issue resolution.
- Administer student and faculty compliance in myClinicalExchange, Complio, Exxat, and CastleBranch.
- Maintain records; collect and analyze data; and develop compliance reports for leadership; and generate annual reports for grants.
- Work collaboratively with clinical placement coordinators to ensure a successful clinical operations process.
- Ensure accurate procedures are documented and followed.
- Research and recommend improvements to processes, policies, and systems used in clinical compliance.
- Provide advisory, referral, and information services for the college community.
- Serve as a liaison between the CON, external site partners, Office of General Counsel, Disability Student Resources, Dean of Students, Risk Management, and other constituents to maintain alignment with university policies.
- Provide professional expertise and guidance to students and faculty in obtaining and maintaining clinical compliance processes and successfully integrating into the clinical setting.
- Perform other duties appropriate to the position as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional web-based application and spreadsheet usage.
- Expertise with data analysis and reporting.
- Proven track record of solving problems demonstrating creativity and innovation to improve efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills, focused attention to detail and a high standard of excellence.
- Ability to effectively use administrative systems, web-based applications, and standardized software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of initiative, dependability, flexibility, and motivation.
- Ability to establish, maintain and sustain positive, professional working relationships internally and cross-functionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment - including responding to walk-in, online, phone and text questions.
- Ability to multi-task during critical time periods.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clinical placement process for higher education students.
- Experience with American Databank-Complio, CastleBranch, and myClinicalExchange.
- Master's degree in a human sciences discipline
- Experience in administrative/coordinative programs
