Position Description:
Develops and designs, collects and analyzes data for, social science and public health research projects; creates reports and presentations on progress and results; communicates and implements project work plans and study protocols within established budgets and timelines; supervises and mentors staff; and develops research projects and grant proposals.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with at least one day per week required to be in the office. Remote work must be performed within the state of Iowa. Employees who elect remote work must comply with the requirements of our remote work policy and agreement.

Education Requirements:
PhD or equivalent degree in social science or public health required. ABD will be considered.

Required Qualifications:
At least two years of experience with quantitative social research methodologies and training and supervision experience also required.

Desirable Qualifications:
At least one year of experience as the principal or co-investigator on survey research projects preferred.
