Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Executive Education, the primary responsibilities of this role include reporting and analyzing data to provide key insights that help drive business decisions. Collaborate with internal colleagues to manage departmental Salesforce requests and reporting needs. You will be responsible for operational and administrative support for Open Enrollment (OE) Portfolio Directors (PDs) and the Senior Associate Director, Executive Education. Candidates should have a data-driven mindset and as well as excellent time and project management skills, as this role is varied, and priorities can shift quickly.

Position Description
Responsibilities Include:
Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and validate participant progress to completion for all Certificates and Alumni status. Monitor and track exception requests for Certificates and Alumni status.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Assist with various ad-hoc Salesforce and Excel reporting as needed.
- Assist with the reviewing and updating of reports for accuracy for various departments.
- Create and maintain shared data and reports.
- Work with IT to open and manage cases to address business needs.
- Maintain Salesforce dashboards and shared Salesforce reports.
- Manages Open Enrollment (OE) Team calendar in Outlook.
- Assists team with faculty meeting requests.
- Act as the point person for all logistics related to team meetings and events.
- Participating in meetings as necessary.
- Create and maintain team process and knowledge documents.
- Coordinate staff arrivals and departures.
- Order materials and supplies.
- Complete various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of general administration or related experience required
- Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience is a must.
- Team player with excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in fast-paced, high-energy, often ambiguous, environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com (including Salesforce Reports & Dashboards), Oracle Business Intelligence, and MS SharePoint is preferred.
- Strong documentation skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Ensures confidential information is handled with appropriate discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, as well as work across departments and with a variety of projects and constituencies.
- Pitches in where needed - "no job is too big or small."
