Major/Essential Functions
- Assists with didactic and clinical instruction and/or evaluation in a specified clinical area or in the simulation lab, as assigned
- Provides feedback to faculty regarding student performance and learning achievements
- Provides subject matter expertise on course content, as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the academic mission of the Health Sciences Center and the School of Nursing
Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) and/or PhD or EdD equivalent
Preferred Qualifications- Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in baccalaureate nursing education to teach at the baccalaureate level
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required for clinical teaching role
- Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience required for clinical teaching role
