Position Description
Performs work to assist in the organization and implementation of projects and programs. Responsibilities include activities which require knowledge of departmental procedures. Employee performance is based upon a review of completed work and overall results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Assists with proactively planning, communicating, and scheduling of a wide variety of events to include
    donor related events, sporting events, employee related events, press conferences, ribbon cuttings,
    tours, and more
  • Assists in securing rentals, equipment, set-up, guest check-in and tear-down of External Relations events
  • Assists in the process of preparing, writing and proofing of event invitation mailings, acknowledgements and guest follow-up
  • Assist with TTUHSC welcome center and Vitals Spirit Shop and Pop Up Shops as needed
Occasional Duties
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent. No experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
Dependability, good computer skills, attention to detail and great people skills would be valuable assets for this candidate to possess

Pay Statement
