- Assists with proactively planning, communicating, and scheduling of a wide variety of events to include
donor related events, sporting events, employee related events, press conferences, ribbon cuttings,
tours, and more - Assists in securing rentals, equipment, set-up, guest check-in and tear-down of External Relations events
- Assists in the process of preparing, writing and proofing of event invitation mailings, acknowledgements and guest follow-up
- Assist with TTUHSC welcome center and Vitals Spirit Shop and Pop Up Shops as needed
Other duties as assigned.
