Research Associate II

The Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago seeks a full-time Research Associate II to study time-restricted eating for colorectal cancer prevention under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Tussing-Humphreys. The Research Associate II will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of research protocols.
  • Recruitment and screening of potential study participants.
  • Data collection and management.
  • Intervention implementation.
  • Other research-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in clinal or social science or related field
  • Minimum of one-year related research experience, preferably in conducting clinical research in a university research setting

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in nutrition or equivalent study (course work approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) or the American Dietetic Association (ADA)
