This position is a Temporary position that is not benefits-eligible.
Position Summary/Position Description:
The Athletics Assistant (External Operations) works directly with athletics staff in all areas of External Operations. This includes but is not limited to keeping accurate records and statistics of all MSU Denver NCAA sports, producing press releases and stories that inform university stakeholders, creating awareness for all Roadrunners Athletics events on and off campus, and more. This position will assist in the efforts to provide accurate and thorough information to all media entities and stakeholders as well as continue to produce relevant materials promoting the ongoing accomplishments of Roadrunners Athletics.

* Experience with management, public relations, or customer service.
Work Hours
Temporary Hourly Administrative: 19 hours per week maximum, for up to 1 year

- Support all efforts of the Athletics External Operations Staff in promoting Roadrunners Athletics.
- Assist the athletics staff with various duties as assigned including website updates, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be available to work weeknights, weekends, and some holidays.
