Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the daily operation of MGIO operations, responsible for a large work unit including hiring, training, scheduling, feedback, evaluations, payroll and disciplinary processes. Develops and implements policies, procedures, processes and training /operations manuals. Provides guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
- Provides program analysis, problem solving, management and overall department planning and consulting. Responsible for a budget (including grant and contracts) of $10M - $20M. Partners with other functional areas and leadership for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of programs/initiatives. Maintains and communicates standards to be used for all solutions/systems.
- Adapts departmental plans or priorities to address resource and operational challenges; establishes and influences operating policies and contributes to policy/program development. Partners closely with college administrators and other leaders to execute mission and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including 2 years of managerial experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
