Greek Village Property Manager- Gamma Phi Beta

We want you in the Department of Student Life as our next Greek Village Property Manager!

Primary duties include:

• Live in property manager in a sorority house managing maintenance and facility operations.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
• Serve as an effective liaison between the university/fraternity/sorority members and the House Corporations and external constituents such as alumni.
• Recruit, hire train and supervise all facility employees, oversee operations of dining services.
• Represent student needs.
• Complete safety and security-related administrative tasks such as conducting periodic fire safety checks to ensure compliance with fire safety policies, documenting incidents when they occur, and maintaining the card access system.
• Promote an academically supportive environment by intervening with students who are at risk due to academic or social concerns and by recognizing academic efforts and achievements.
• Oversee facility opening and closing.
• Assist chapter in coordinating chapter events.
