Major/Essential Functions
The employee will be an essential team member of the Texas Psychiatry Access Network (TPAN) program, working with both pediatric primary care providers and obstetrician providers. This Mental Health Clinician is responsible for the communication of mental health supports, delivery of clinical guidance and mental health education to medical providers, and assist with assessing patients. Provides assessment materials, instruction, and support to providers and assists in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of health promotion services across West Texas. The clinician will work to enroll additional providers and enhance call volume of requests for services.
Occasional Duties
Present to medical departments informing providers of the program. Travel across the coverage region meeting with providers and their staff. Cover calls for other health related institutions across the state of Texas.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Experience: Three (3) years of related experience required.
Current licensure in the State of Texas in one of the following:

- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate (LMFT-A)
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
