Job Summary
The Getty College of Arts and Sciences School of Science, Technology and Mathematics seeks applicants for part-time faculty instructors in the mathematics program.
Scope
Full teaching responsibilities for course(s) in mathematics courses, including college algebra, a variety of calculus and mathematics education courses and differential equations. Candidates with backgrounds in all areas of Mathematics are encouraged to apply.
Principal Responsibilities
Full teaching responsibilities for course(s) in mathematics.
Required Skills
Verbal and written communication abilities; good interpersonal skills; proficient computer skills.
Minimum Qualifications
M.Sc. in Mathematics or M.Ed. in Mathematics Education or equivalent experience is required. ABD candidates will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph. D. in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with experience teaching mathematics at the university level is preferred.
